About the Role
Viktor is an AI employee that works where teams already work, in Slack and Microsoft Teams, with web, desktop and mobile apps on the way. People hand Viktor real work the way they would a colleague, and he writes code, runs it and ships the result back. Nobody has settled what working with AI employees should feel like, and this role exists to define it: how a person delegates to, steers, corrects and comes to trust an AI employee, and how they run a whole team of them.
You'll do both halves of the job. On the product side, you'll talk to users, find where they stall, decide what to build and write a spec only when it helps. On the engineering side, you'll ship user-facing product end to end across Slack, Teams and the new apps as they land, and own onboarding, activation, retention and how Viktor spreads from a first user to their whole company. There's no PM layer: you work directly with both founders, design and growth, remote-first from the UK with time in the Warsaw office at least twice a month.
What They're Looking For
- You've owned a user-facing product end to end that real people rely on in production, and you can point to the product decisions you made, not just the tickets you closed.
- You've spotted a user or business problem yourself, dug into the data, talked to users, shipped a fix and measured the result, ideally with before-and-after numbers on activation, retention or conversion.
- You move across the whole stack, from TypeScript and React to Python services and deployment, and you pick up the parts you haven't used before quickly.
- You have strong product and design judgement: you notice empty states, microcopy and edge cases, and you can make something look and feel right without a designer.
- Agentic coding is part of how you work every day, and you have opinions on the tools and models you use.
- You're happy working remote-first from the UK and flying to Viktor's Warsaw office at least twice a month.

After its public launch in February 2026 it reached a $15M annualised run rate and 2,000+ organisations within ten weeks, then raised a $75M Series A led by Accel. The founders are ex-Meta, and the team of around 50 builds from Warsaw and Munich and uses Viktor to build Viktor.
