About the Role
Frontier Health is building the system of action for healthcare: end-to-end AI co-workers that perform administrative jobs. Healthcare has an administrative crisis breaking patient care — the WHO predicts a 10 million person workforce shortfall by 2030, and care coordination still runs on spreadsheets, paper notes, and phone calls. Frontier's AI co-workers fast-track the admin behind care decisions, designed to slot into the teams, processes, and tools hospitals already use. Eighteen months in, they've deployed to over 40 hospitals.
You'll own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack — taking ambiguous, non-technical requirements from healthcare administrators and shipping product that solves their real problems. You'll work directly with customers and the product team, often onsite, and bring what you learn in the field back into the core product. The company is flat and in-person, with close, regular touchpoints with the CEO — what you ship and what you spot broken is yours to act on from day one.

- You care deeply about fixing healthcare and can empathise with administrators who are stressed and under-resourced
- You take ownership beyond your own brief — when you spot something broken, you fix it rather than wait to be asked
- You can take ambiguous, non-technical input and turn it into shipped, high-quality product, quickly
- You're comfortable working across the full stack — Python (FastAPI), TypeScript + React, and Postgres — and learning new tools as each health system demands
- You're honest about mistakes and actively use feedback to learn and grow
- You're up for 5 days a week in person — in the London office or onsite with customers
